πŸ”„ No returns required. Because Breevelle is an oral care product, we do not accept physical returns for hygiene and safety reasons. If a refund is approved, you will not be asked to send the product back.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following situations, provided the request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your order:

You received a product or flavor that does not match what you ordered.

Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval of a refund does not guarantee future refunds on subsequent orders.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

βœ• Issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
βœ• Personal preference, taste dissatisfaction, or expected product results not related to a defect
βœ• Orders that have been correctly processed and fulfilled as placed
βœ• Orders refused, abandoned, or undeliverable due to customer-provided address errors
⚠️ We reserve the right to limit or deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse, excessive refund requests, or fraudulent activity.

Reporting Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

Order Cancellations

Before Processing
Orders may be canceled before they enter processing or fulfillment. Contact us as soon as possible at Support@breevelle.com.

After Processing
Once an order has entered processing, it can no longer be canceled or modified. Orders refused, abandoned, or delayed due to incorrect address information are not eligible for refunds.

Subscriptions & Recurring Charges

By purchasing a subscription from Breevelle, you acknowledge that your subscription will automatically renew at the selected interval unless canceled before the renewal date.

24-Hour Rebill Refund Window
After a successful subscription rebill, you have up to 24 hours to request a cancellation and full refund for that specific rebilled order.

After 24 Hours
Once 24 hours have passed after a successful rebill, your order typically enters processing and fulfillment. At this stage, a full refund is no longer guaranteed.

Already in Processing?
If your rebilled order has already entered processing or fulfillment, a full refund may not be possible. In these cases, we'll work with you to find a fair resolution β€” such as store credit or a partial refund β€” on a case-by-case basis.

Cancel Anytime
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal to avoid future charges. Canceling stops future rebills but does not retroactively refund completed charges outside the 24-hour window.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Because we do not accept physical returns, any approved EU cancellation will be handled as a refund without return, provided the product has not been excessively used beyond what is necessary to evaluate it.

Here's what to expect once your refund is approved:

Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us.
