Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, a pre-order, or try before you buy. This policy explains how each option works and how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.

How Subscriptions Work

When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select at checkout. Your payment details are stored securely and you'll be charged for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Auto-Renewal
Some subscriptions automatically renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew, simply cancel before the renewal date.

Billing
You'll be charged automatically at each renewal interval. Your payment method is stored securely and will be used for recurring charges until the subscription is canceled.

Cancellations & Rebill Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal to avoid future charges. If a rebill has already occurred, the following applies:

Within 24 Hours of Rebill
You may request a cancellation and full refund for that specific rebilled order, no questions asked.

After 24 Hours
Your order typically enters processing and fulfillment. At this stage, a full refund is no longer guaranteed.

Already in Processing?
If your rebilled order has already entered processing or fulfillment, a full refund may not be possible. In these cases, we'll work with you to find a fair resolution — such as store credit or a partial refund — on a case-by-case basis.
What Canceling Does Not Do
Canceling a subscription stops future rebills but does not retroactively refund completed charges outside the 24-hour window.
💡 If you believe a rebill occurred in error, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation. We always aim to be fair.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is out of stock or not yet available. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method securely, and then fulfill and charge the full or remaining balance at a future date.

Not Yet Fulfilled
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled. Any deposit collected will be refunded in full.

Already Fulfilled
Once a pre-order has been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a full or partial refund under our Return & Refund Policy.

Try Before You Buy

When you purchase a try-before-you-buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You'll have a set trial period to decide if you'd like to keep the item.

During the Trial Period
If you decide the product isn't for you, return it within the trial window and you will not be charged.

After the Trial Period
If the trial period passes and the item has not been returned, your payment method will be charged for the full amount automatically.
