Subscription Policy
Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, a pre-order, or try before you buy. This policy explains how each option works and how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select at checkout. Your payment details are stored securely and you'll be charged for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance.
You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal to avoid future charges. If a rebill has already occurred, the following applies:
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is out of stock or not yet available. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method securely, and then fulfill and charge the full or remaining balance at a future date.
When you purchase a try-before-you-buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You'll have a set trial period to decide if you'd like to keep the item.
