Refund policy

Refunds Only

At Breevelle, we do not require physical returns. Due to hygiene and safety reasons related to oral care products, we do not accept returns.

If a refund is approved, the customer will not be required to send the product back.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective

  • You receive the wrong item

  • There is a confirmed issue with your order that cannot be reasonably resolved

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval of a refund does not guarantee future refunds on subsequent orders.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Orders reported outside the 30-day window

  • Issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Normal product results, personal preference, or dissatisfaction not related to a defect

  • Orders that have already been processed and fulfilled correctly

We reserve the right to limit or deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse, excessive refund requests, or fraudulent activity.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Providing clear photos and order details will help us resolve the issue faster.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they enter processing or fulfillment.

Once an order has entered processing, it can no longer be canceled or modified.

Orders that are refused, abandoned, or delayed due to incorrect address information are not eligible for refunds.


Subscriptions and Recurring Charges

By purchasing a subscription from Breevelle, you acknowledge that your subscription will automatically renew at the selected interval unless canceled before the renewal date.

After a successful subscription rebill, customers have up to 3 days (72 hours) to request a cancellation and refund for that specific rebilled order.

Once 3 days have passed after a successful rebill, the charge is considered final and is no longer eligible for a refund, as processing and fulfillment preparation begin immediately.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal to avoid future charges. Canceling a subscription stops future rebills but does not retroactively refund completed charges outside the 3-day window.

If you believe a rebill occurred in error, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Because we do not accept physical returns, any approved EU cancellation will be handled as a refund without return, provided the product has not been excessively used beyond what is necessary to evaluate it.


Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
